Summary

As a Superintendent with multi-family construction expertise, you will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring efficient resource use and adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage on-site construction for multi-family projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and schedule adherence.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.
- Implement project safety plans and ensure team compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-family construction.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
