He served as: Vice Chair of the City of Pomona Community Planning & Development Commission - District 4, Vice President of the League of California Cities, in the Community Development and Planning department, alongside Mayors, Council Members, City Managers, and other Commissioners. He was also appointed to the Public Safety policy making Commission.

In 2008, alongside his brother Alex Adamonis, he co-founded Burke Interiors, a reputable millwork company known for delivering millwork and general contracting services to clients.
In 2014, Yauheni Adamonis expanded his expertise as a Superintendent, managing multiple projects for high-profile casinos, including Hard Rock Casino and Morongo Casino. This experience has significantly enhanced his skills and knowledge, enabling him to provide high-quality construction solutions that uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction. He is driven by a passion for creating timeless and functional spaces that inspire.

Mr. Adamonis has gained extensive experience in the millwork industry, working with owners, architects, designers, and general contractors on projects such as Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Morongo Casino Resort & Spa, Pala Casino Spa Resort, The Commerce Casino, Spotlight 29 Casino & Hotel, multiple locations of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and City Hall of Huntington Beach in the planning, budgeting, manufacturing, and coordination of the installation processes.
