Summary
Gomez Adamonis Construction, LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with expertise in school construction and pay application preparation.
As a Project Manager, you will lead school construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Oversee construction progress and ensure quality and safety standards.
- Prepare and submit pay applications accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and regulatory bodies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in school construction.
- Strong knowledge of pay application preparation and management.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
