Summary
Gomez Adamonis Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-unit construction projects.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all project phases, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of multi-unit construction projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and contract requirements.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in multi-unit construction.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
