Summary
Gomez Adamonis Construction, LLC is hiring a Superintendent with specialized experience in retail drug store construction projects.
As a Superintendent, you will oversee all on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage on-site construction activities for retail drug store projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with contract specifications.
- Provide regular updates and reports to project management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction best practices and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in construction management tools (e.g., Procore).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
