Summary
Gomez Adamonis Construction, LLC is hiring a Superintendent with specialized experience in school construction projects.

As a Superintendent, you will oversee all on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while adhering to safety and compliance regulations specific to school environments.

• Manage on-site construction activities for school construction projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to strict timelines.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, especially in compliance with school-specific construction requirements.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with contract specifications and building codes.
• Provide regular updates and reports to project management and key stakeholders.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in school construction or similar projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction best practices, safety standards, and building codes, particularly those relevant to educational facilities.
• Proficiency in construction management tools (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
