Summary
Gomez Adamonis Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in disaster relief and clean-up restoration. The ideal candidate will lead projects aimed at restoring communities affected by disasters, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee disaster relief and clean-up restoration projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders.
- Provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in disaster relief and restoration project management.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
